Didier is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, honorably discharged after serving our country in the Gulf War. He successfully graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration / Marketing and an M.B.A. in International Business. This level of education, experience and talent has helped him to launch Senior CompuCare from a discussion, to an idea, to a successful and helpful corporation.

Didier was an Account Manager for AM 580 WDBO News-Talk Radio in Orlando, Florida. WDBO is owned and operated by Cox Radio, Inc. which
is the third largest radio broadcasting company in the United States. It is obvious that he has all the experience to provide steadfast commitment and growth to Senior Compucare. That commitment is to provide senior citizens the ability to utilize today's technology to its fullest potential.

Senior Vice President of Operations
Shirley's specific skills include development and administration of "paperless" office programs and PC user training (i.e., Internet, industry specific and mainstream software programs & board installations, troubleshooting and support, both individual one-on-one and remote).
As an independent promotional advertising distributor and graphic designer, she specializes in providing corporate, non-profit organizations, government both promotional, apparel and industry specific vector graphics. She is a licensed Advertising Specialty Institute (or ASI) member, which is the largest media marketing organization serving the advertising specialty (promotional) industry.
Over the course of her 30 years of professional business experience, her foundation in computers, software, training and management was built based upon solid practical applications. Included in this foundation was the experience working with the FDIC/RTC/SECO; in the community news industry; working with one of Florida's first major timeshare corporations - Captran Resorts International/Franchise development; and in a multi-national corporate environment, domestically. During all these experiences, she worked closely with not only management, but with her coworkers. She believes her success in business can be attributed to "listening". Listening to what's really needed of her, both from those she represent and those she is serving, and then accomplishing the task to the satisfaction of all, including herself.

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
Christopher has more than 15 years of extensive experience in teaching Adult Learners. He has worked with many companies such as Lockheed Martin, FedEx, Bank of America, McKesson Pharmaceuticals delivering introduction, intermediate and advanced classes on Microsoft Word, Power Point and various e-mail systems along with Oracle and SQL Databases.
He has the unique ability to interpret and transfer what is complicated subject matter into simple, everyday terms that can be easily understood. He is a Certified Technical Trainer, an Oracle Certified Professional and a Medical Technologist (ASCP) specializing in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Serology.
He understands that each individual may have different learning styles so his lessons are tailored to each individual's current level of proficiency. He believes very strongly that there are NO COOKIE CUTTER classes as each person is an individual and will learn at their own pace. He is there to facilitate that learning process.
He is a former US Navy Vietnam Veteran who served aboard NAS Pensacola and the USS Lexington (CVS-16).

Senior Trainer
Terry Brown was employed for the Orlando Sentinel for 31 years. She started as a Data Control Clerk and worked her way up to Payroll Manager. In her 15 years as Payroll Manager she trained many employees in Word and Excel. She is also proficient in Publisher. She has a BA in Information Systems.
She taught Payroll Classes for Valencia Community College as an adjunct instructor. She has taught computer skills to many individuals since leaving the Sentinel. She excels in finding ways to get the desired results through excel spread sheets. She wrote procedural manuals for all of the processes within her department which enabled the newest employees to learn their jobs quickly and efficiently.
She has a desire to share her computer knowledge with anyone who wishes to learn.

Senior Trainer
Diane has 30 years of experience in computer technology and software training. She has worked in many different information technology roles, including trainer, web designer, programmer, technical writer, and project manager, which gives her a unique perspective on coaching and presenting software training. Specializing in corporate, classroom-style training, she provides practical training, tips, tricks and resources in a relaxed, enjoyable environment to help you become more comfortable and productive.
Currently, Diane is helping Senior CompuCare manage its new website and creating its new Social Media campaigns.
Diane has a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
Graduate of Portland State University School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration / Information Systems.
Retired honorably from U.S. Navy after 25 years as an Avionics Technician.
Vietnam Era and Gulf War Veteran.
Has been working with and building computers since Windows 2.1 Selling and demonstrating computers and peripherals since 2001.
Up to date on latest operating systems and MS Office Suites.
Started with computers in 1987 during pre-Windows days of DOS based systems.
The nationally known company he was with would not step up to the new coming age so he took it upon himself to learn what it was about and enrolled in the local community college to find out more.
Since that time he has worked with many corporate systems, main frame systems as well as home based systems.
This includes early Windows operating systems including XP, Vista and Windows 7.
He has sold computers, software, printers and other technology.
In his 32 year professional career he has managed and coached clients to success, he"ll do the same for you. His method is to use terms and examples you'll understand. You'll be pleased.
Chal is a 1972 graduate of the University of Central Florida (then FTU) with a B.A. in Communications.
He is a Lifetime Alumni, member of the Golden Knights Club, season ticket holder of UCF Football and has a brick on the Knight Walk Legacy in front of Brighthouse Stadium. Chal is a second generation Central Floridian.

As an independent marketing consultant, Kathy Durkee specializes in marketing services for the architectural/engineering and construction (A/E/C) industry. Kathy is a certified professional services marketer providing marketing services on an as-needed basis to the emerging to small business market. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations areas, graphic design being just one.
Kathy brings over 25 years experience working in marketing professional services for some of the nation's top ranked A/E/C firms - Sverdrup Corporation, Turner Construction Company and Martin K. Eby Construction Co. Her years of experience have afforded her the opportunity to build an excellent knowledge foundation based upon practical application. Kathy's experience includes target marketing and strategic implementation, design and creation of materials, writing and editing, presentation and speech coaching, and speaking and software training.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from the Florida Metropolitan University. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, The National Association of Photoshop Professionals, and the National Association of Women Business Owners, and is a past president of the Society for Design Administration. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, learning golf and talking about more Photoshop
Carol has trained 25 Census Enumerators for the 1990 Census. She was assistant trainer for 4 years for a management/training consultant in New Orleans. She helped develop courses, sold them to University of New Orleans adult learning center (Metropolitan College) and was assistant instructor for all courses.
She has the ability to present subjects in many different ways, tailored to individuals learning styles. She also can break training down to most elemental steps and is a Certified Gerontologist, so she understands the aging and learning processes.
Her computer experience consist of intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Word Perfect, Outlook and excellent internet research ability.
She instituted computerized systems for company book-keeping, monthly reports, invoices, proposals using Quickbooks Pro 2000,
She set up Quicken and entered necessary information for a Physical Therapist's office, to make accounting and business tracking easier.
For Orange County, Florida Planning's Committed Land Use Project, she created a linked database enabling one entry to update other files necessary to monitor development activity and promote efficiency. She loves to teach beginners!

Lee comes to Senior CompuCare from the Cooper Memorial Library in Clermont where he spent the last years teaching Seniors Computer Basics as a volunteer. Lee has received numerous letters of commendations for his training of Seniors.
Lee attended Johnson & Wales University and has been on the advisory staff of Rhode Island Junior College and Bristol Plymouth Vocational School.
Lee has attended numerous IBM schools on wiring accounting machines and computer programming. He has also taught these subjects at Computer Training Institute and Electronic Computer Tech Center.
Data processing is Lee's background, and has been involved with personal computers since 1984. His passion is training novice users and has an extensive history of teaching.
Lee spent three years at South Coast Educational Collaborative covering 6 school districts in MA teaching teachers and educators how to use computers.
CompTIA A+ Certified Technician
Jim has more than 10 years of experience in computer and network technology as a Microsoft Certified Professional and is a CompTIA A+ certified tech. He has over 30 years of experience in retail and technical management with emphasis on training staff for excellence in service to others.
He is currently attending Winter Park Tech to update his networking skills through the CompTIA Network + curriculum and recertifying his Cisco CCNA networking credentials. Jim also performs Help Desk troubleshooting functions for hardware and software issues for the Winter Park Tech campus staff as a volunteer tech.
Jim's work experience includes a military background as an instructor / evaluator in a classified, highly technical career field, supervisor in a large electronics company, retail manager and trainer, business owner, and computer and network administrator.
Jim has always been in lead positions because of his interpersonal skills and desire to help solve the issue by using simple non-technical terms and understandable analogies.
Jim's passion is learning new skills and adding to current ones and would love to be a "professional student".
